TriOsarte was founded in 2017 and explores different styles of music and creative concert presentation. The ensemble’s growing repertoire includes a variety of music such as romantic works, tango music and compositions by living composers.
They gave the world premier of ‘Tres Danzas’ in 2018, which was composed for them by the Osnabrück composer Peter Witte.
The three musicians hope to enrich the audience’s enjoyment by combining traditional, classical concert style with other elements.
Julia Habiger – Prause
studied pianoforte at the Hochschule für Musik Osnabrück
with Professor Peter Florian and at the Hochschule für Musik
Detmold with Professor Erika Kilcher.
Both before and during her studies she gained experience
performing as a soloist, an accompanist and chamber music player
in Asia and Europe. Taking part in numerous masterclasses
and receiving a scholarship from the Free State of Bavaria enabled
her to expand her skills as a pianist with notable musicians such as
Professor Günter Ludwig, and Professor P. Feuchtwanger.
Since 2009 she has been on the board of DTKV (German Tonkünstler
Association) for Lower Saxony.
Julia teaches pianoforte at the Hochschule für Musik and at the
University in Osnabrück. She is also active as a pianist in solo
performances, chamber music and song accompaniment.
Sandra Denby
studied the cello at the Royal Academy of Music London with Lilly Philips and Douglas Cummings. Following her studies,she went to Italy where she worked in the orchestra of the Rome Opera House and then the following year for RAI TV Rome in an ensemble which made weekly TV appearances.On returning to England, she became a member of the CambridgeSymphony Orchestra and also played in various chamber music groups.Next came a two-year engagement in the Natal Philharmonic in Durban, South Africa. Sandra now lives in Germany, where she plays in the Osnabrück Symphony Orchestra and other ensembles.
Dorothea Sack
studied the violin at Hochschule of Music and Drama in Hanover
with Professor Attila Aydintan and Professor Barbara Koerppen.
She then went on to study in London with Professor Yfrah Neaman.
She completed her studies with an Orchestral Musicians Diploma,
as well as a Performers Diploma from the Guildhall School of Music
and Drama. Taking part in various international courses with renowned
musicians enabled her to expand her skills as a musician and violinist.
She has played with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the European
Community Chamber Orchestra, the Staatsorchester Bremen,
the Osnabrück Symphony Orchestra and the Baroque Ensemble La Gioia.
Dorothea is now a freelance violinist playing in a number of ensembles
and also works in music education.
